Experience the thrills of the Circus Arts Conservatory in Sarasota

One of Sarasota’s nickname’s is “Circus City” because of its long history with the circus arts. It started with John Ringling deciding to make the city the winter home for “The Ringing Brothers  and Barnum & Bailey Circus”. Naturally, circus arts became a part of the community. In fact, you don’t have to look far to find it.You don’t have to look far to fins it. The oldest youth circus, “Sailor Circus” started as a gymnastics class at the local high school, because as you could imagine, several of the students had parents working in the circus. While the Ringling Circus may now be a piece of the past, the Circus Arts Conservatory focuses on the future.  To learn more about the history of the Circus Arts Conservatory, watch this video below:
